To engage more intensively with economic and entrepreneurial issues, engage in dialogue with start-ups and entrepreneurs in the area and take a systematic look behind the scenes of well-known Oldenburg companies: These are the opportunities offered every year by the "Summer Camp fpr Economics", which the Oldenburg Business Association "Kleiner Kreis e. V." has been organising and running together with the IÖB since 2022.

As part of the five-day events at the end of the summer holidays in Lower Saxony, the diverse practical contacts are framed by specialist input, discussions and experiments. Barbecue evenings, leisure activities and much more round off the programme.

The programme is aimed at all interested students from years 11 to 13 from the city of Oldenburg and the surrounding region. Qualitative applications are possible in the spring of each year (see call for applications under the link provided).

The summer camp takes place at Oldenburg Youth Hostel. Participants will be fully catered for and will not bearany costs. The number of participants is limited to 20.
