In 2019, the "Joachim Herz Stiftung (JHS)" launched the online platform Teach Economy with a continuously expanding range of teaching units and digital media for modern economics lessons. As part of a strategic reorientation, operations were handed over to the Institute for Economic Education in Oldenburg (IÖB for short) in March 2025.  

At the time of the handover, the programme comprised around 170 teaching units for secondary levels I and II as well as around 150 digital media. The offer is continuously updated and expanded.

Use of the services is free of charge. Interested teachers can simply register on the platform's homepage.
